04Deposits & Payment Methods

05Fund Withdrawals & Procedures

Member pantas99 may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• There are no pending bets associated with the funds you wish to withdraw.
• The wagering requirement for any bonus received has been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: withdrawals to digital wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 5–15 minutes, while FPX withdrawals to bank accounts take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. pantas99 VIP members enjoy priority withdrawals in under 5 minutes. pantas99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of RM 5,000 or more.

07Sports Betting & Game Rules

Betting at pantas99 is subject to specific rules for each sport and game type. The general rules applicable to all bet types are as follows:

• All bets confirmed in the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Pantas99 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet in the event of a technical error, odds error, or any unusual circumstances affecting the integrity of a match.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours, all related bets will be voided.
• The minimum bet per match is RM 1 and the maximum depends on the sport type and competition level.
• Pantas99 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member without providing a reason.

08Prohibited User Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all members pantas99, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Money Laundering: Using pantas99 as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
